Photo-A-Day #3445

I got into work tonight and a co-worker asked me if I wanted to try a Cricket Cookie. Cricket is not the manufacturer’s name or a nickname for a cookie but rather ground up crickets are what makes the flour in these chocolate chip cookies. I figured, what the heck and gave it a try. It wasn’t too bad. There was a crunchiness that came afterwards sort of like fig newtons but it tasted decent. I’d eat them again.
