We received a KN200 – CD+G Karaoke System with LED Light Show to try out and review. And we are giving one away to a lucky reader. Opinions are 100% my own.
I received the Karaoke Machine and at first was reluctant to connect it to the TV. there were already a ton of things attached to the TV plus tons of Skylanders and Disney Infinity figures. So I didn’t do it right away. then, this past Saturday we had Eva’s birthday party and we were going to have it outside and the rain didn’t look like it was going to cooperate so I cleaned off the entertainment center and hooked up the Karaoke System.
Setup was super quick and easy. I just connected it to the AV jack on the back of the TV and we were ready to roll. A CD+G came with the system so we could start singing right away. The CD has 20 songs on it and there is a range in types of songs but a couple were Lady Gaga ones and the kids had fun dancing and singing to those.
I think that the thing that attracted the kids to the Karaoke System initially was the LED light show. The saw that and wanted to know what the thing was and… ooooh a microphone. From that moment the two of them fought over the microphone and tried to sing the songs as we used the TV as a monitor. It was really simple to use and the kids had a lot of fun. Evan Allison and I sang a little as well. We didn’t end up using the Karaoke system for the party because the son came out and the back yard dried a bit so the kids could go and play but I’m sure we are going to get a lot more use out of the KAraoke System in the future. Here are the features of that unit.
