Photo-A-Day 2.0 #00099

I’m 45 today. Time has flown by and I am all of 45 years old. I can not believe where the time has gone. But there is nothing like getting blood drawn for labs to remind you that you are 45. I did that this morning and then went to my Krav Maga class. Something I have been doing for a few months now so that I can stay physically fit and active and get more confident and stronger. It was a good class. They almost always are. Actually they always are but some are very tough and they remind me of how far I need to go.

After my class I picked up some new equipment thanks to a gift from my sister and her husband for my birthday. As if dinner and the hotel room at Foxwoods wasn’t enough of a gift for me. They also gave me money towards my classes or equipment at Krav. I need leg guards and boxing gloves so I got them and a bag and new shorts. So thanks guys, that came at the right time.

Later after that I went in search of the Game of Thrones Oreos. these are limited edition Oreos with the symbols for House Star, Lannister and Targeryon as well as the Night King on them. They were due out yesterday but Targets did not have them. I found a huge display at Walmart, though. I found them and also grabbed lunch at Smash Burger because I had lots of rewards there and lunch was $3.00. I got a huge spread, though.

After lunch I shot over to the movies and watched Shazam! It was a fun movie but not one for the kids. The demons that represented the 7 deadly sins were too scary for the kids. I enjoyed it though. Then I went off to the Ice Cream Machine to buy a cake for my birthday. They have some great ice cream cakes there.

Got the cake and headed to my parent’s house where they were picking up pizza for us to have before we had to run all over the place to Karate and Dance. We had fun taking a few photos though.
