Mary Poppins Returns was a wonderful movie that my family enjoyed very much. We recently received the Blu-ray to review. The new Blu-ray is in stores today and the digital version of the movie has been out for a few weeks. I happen to have been given 3 copies of the digital version of the movie to give away. This is a perfect movie to add to your family collection. As a family that has a very personal connection to the character of Mary Poppins we were a bit nervous to see how the movie would be without Julie Andrews. We are happy to say that Emily Blunt did a spectacular job as Mary and the movie is filled with wonderful songs, magic and heart.
If you would like to win one of the three digital copies of the movie please enter through my Rafflecopter Widget below.
More about the movie below.
ABOUT THE MOVIE
In MARY POPPINS RETURNS Michael Banks (Ben Whishaw) — just a child when Mary Poppins first visited 17 Cherry Tree Lane — is now a grown man raising his children Annabel (Pixie Davies), John (Nathanael Saleh) and Georgie (Joel Dawson) with help from his sister Jane (Emily Mortimer). Times are tough in Depression-era London but the winds begin to change and the enigmatic governess Mary Poppins (Emily Blunt), whose unique magical skills can turn any ordinary task into a fantastic adventure, enters the lives of the Banks family once again, having not aged a single day. Teaming up with an old friend, Jack (Lin-Manuel Miranda), they take the Banks children on a series of whimsical adventures, encountering colorful characters like Mary’s eccentric Cousin Topsy (Meryl Streep), Jack’s lovable band of leeries and bank executives William Weatherall Wilkins (Colin Firth) and Mr. Dawes Jr. (Dick Van Dyke) — bringing life, love and laughter back into the home.

I have absolutely loved “Jolly Holiday” ever since I was a little girl. It is one of my “go to”, feel good songs when I need a pick me up.
I like Supercalifragulisticexpialidocious, probably because I learned how to sing it in 3rd grade choir…
