I just received an advanced copy of Battle Royale: An Unofficial Fortnite Adventure from Mathias Lavorel. Andrews McMeel Publishing sent it to me for free to review. This book will be available for sale on May 28, 2019. I began reading it immediately because I have been playing Fortnite almost daily now and really enjoy the game. This book really describes how out of sorts you get when you first begin playing this game. I got into the book so quickly because it described my own experience playing the game. I had no clue about so much when I started. I’d end up dead over and over and over again. I would shoot at my own guys when I played because I had no clue who was on which side. This book captures how you feel learning to play this game. I will be doing a video review of this book once I finish it but I am already enjoying it. Moose Toys sent us a HUGE box of FORTNITE figures for free. These figures where sent in a Surprise FORTNITE themed package which contained several FORTNITE action figures. You Never Know Who’s Dropping Next! Opinions are my own.
I recently began playing Fortnite because of an article that I was writing for the Toy Insider Parent Panel. It was during that time that I received my loot drop box from Moose Toys. These mini figures are colorful and fun for fans of the game. One of the things that makes the game so popular is the ability to customize your character and equip them with all sorts of special accessories.
The first wave that has dropped contains 16 characters and there are some variants as well. The figures that are included in the first drop wave are: Raptor – Rust Lord – Rex – Raven – Omega – Brite Bomber – Drift – Skull Trooper – Ragnarok – Sargent Jonsey – Carbide – Love Ranger – Teknique – Black Knight – Triple Threat – Cuddle Team Leader.
