We received a couple of the Inside Out Talking Plush toys from TOMY to play with and Review. Opinions of these toys are 100% our own. The kids love them. They were very big fans of the movie and when I gave them the toys to play with they were so thrilled. I personally thought that Andrew would love the Anger toy, but that is me, not him. He’s a happy kid, not a big angry grump like his dad. So I may end up commandeering this toy for my own self. Joy was the toy that both kids wanted, badly. Joy caused more of the Anger than Anger did on his own. You can see how Andrew felt about not having Joy from the photo above. Continue reading Review: Talking Inside Out Plush Toys from TOMY

Cruise Night Photowalk
We had a family day today. Starting the day off Andrew and I had haircuts. Those were followed by lunch over at House of Fortune. There were were treated to Andrew’s antics as he enjoyed his spaghetti. Actually he had plain lo mein noodles but he ate them up like they were spaghetti which he really enjoys. The kids also embraced eating some of the food on a stick, like the teriyaki steak and chicken. For the longest time we have had to cut up these items for the kids but now they’re good with eating off the sticks.
After lunch we headed to Patriot Place because we were taking the kids to see the movie Inside Out. Andrew was overtired so he was a pill. Eventually he settled down once the movie started and he had a fun time with it. He really liked the Bing Bong Song, but what kid wouldn’t. It was completely repetitive and loud. Two things that kids love. The movie itself was a very good one and we enjoyed it as a family.
After the movie we walked over to the Bass Pro Shops parking lot. Every Thursday they have a Cruise Night with a ton of cars from classics to modern ones. I gave Eva my NX30 and let her use it to take photos all over the place. Allison took Andrew into Bass Pro because he attempted to climb into the back of a Tesla that we were looking at. It is hard for a 3 Year-old to keep calm when there are things that he wants to touch. He also wanted to take photos like Eva. I let him take a few with my phone, until he dropped it. Then it was time to go into the store.
Eva and I walked around for quite a while and she took a ton of photos. She loved getting a chance using her own camera. It is great seeing her finding her own eye. She’s still very quick and needs to slow it down a bit more to take time and truly focus. I look forward to many other photowalks together.
