The trailer for Pete’s Dragon has been released. It looks amazing. While it is not the same as the original, it has a more realistic look to it. Elliot is a real honest to goodness dragon and there are high stakes in play regarding Elliot.
I received an incredible book the other day about the art of Disney Dragons which had some great images of Elliot. While he is not goofy and sweet like the cartoon version he has some very dog-like qualities in his design. That makes a lot of sense because he is fiercely loyal and protective of Pete.
