Andy had more big ideas today. Specifically the idea to make a breakfast for dinner for Eva’s birthday. Eva’s birthday is in two days but Andy wanted to make her a special meal tonight. Andy and Allison made crepes, waffle iron hash browns and candied bacon with lemon zest. It was a challenge but they got it done.
