It is a new ear and so our management team has decided that we have to come in once a weekend to the office. No more full weekends at home. so, my new night to come in is Friday nights because most of my team will be working out of the same building. I like my new team so it isn’t that big a deal but it is asinine for us to come to the office for a job that by all counts is and should be fully remote in nature. I never will meet with a customer and I can do every single thing remotely whether I am home or I am in the office.
