Photo-A-Day #3797

On Friday I got a notification that I was receiving a package from Disney Interactive Studios. The PR firm for Disney Infinity was sending me Disney Infinity 3.0. Immediately after I saw the message I saw another message from UPS that there was some sort of facility outage and my package was going to be late. Well, after playing with my emotions all weekend the package arrive right on time today at 10:30am. I was up not to long afterward to get it from the porch. But, I got a huge box of figures, playsets, power discs and the starter pack for the Wii U and all opinions I have are mine alone. Let’s get into it with this video below.

After I picked up the package I took a shower and then went up to the office and recorded the video above. A couple figures were not in my initial shipment so once I finished the video I took a quick trip over to Toys R Us to pick up the exclusive Ezra Bridger figure.

I also got the Sadness and the Disgust figures and the Tomorrowland Power Disc Pack. I made another picture of everything that we have for 3.0. I think that there might be some more stuff coming because tonight I got another UPS notification. Wow, I realize how lucky I am.

Upon returning home I recorded a starter pack unboxing video and then finally played the game and recorded some gameplay video which I will have to edit and add voiceover and more.

First thoughts on the new game. I am impressed. I love the new Toy Box Hub that has been added and had fun playing through that introductory section. Then I played through a few missions from the Twilight of the Republic Play Set and it was sweet. The gameplay with the lightsabers and the force powers is so much fun. You can use Anakin to force grab an enemy and then lay them out with the light sabers. Ahsoka Tano has the force push power.

When the kids and Allison came home Eva and I recorded a few unboxing video pieces. Eva was excited when she went into the office and saw all the figures. We will have a ton more content on the way.
