Disney Infinity 3.0 just keeps getting better. I received the Force Awakens Play Set today and also learned about the Marvel Battlegrounds Play Set Release Date.

A day after my vlog where I asked the question about who should be released for the MArvel Battlegrounds Play Set for Disney Infinity I find out some official information on the release of the upcoming Play Set. I thought I would have to wait until the release of Captain America: Civil War to play this Play Set but we’ll be getting the playset two months before the release of the next huge Marvel movie. The release date is March 15th. And here is some detail on the Play Set from the official Disney Interactive Blog. You can even pre-order the play set via my Amazon link. Be on the lookout for more special deals coming soon! While I don’t see this specific deal on the Amazon site I did notice something interesting in the description. The description says 2 figures and one Play Set piece. Will be learn soon if there will really be a second figure in the Play Set. It seems strange to only have one figure since all other Play Sets have had two figures. I guess we will have to wait and see. Oh wait, reading over the information again on the Disney Interactive site it specifically states “the Marvel Battlegrounds Play Set Pack will come with the Play Set piece and one figure (Captain America – The First Avenger)”

When I get this game I am going to have to challenge my friend Andrew over at Mommy’s Busy, Go Ask Daddy! to some sort of Disney Infinity Marvel related challenge so I can trounce him as Iron Man.
