You have heard me talk about BluFrog Wildly Healthy Energy Drink before on this blog. I first heard about BluFrog through my friend Heather, she had connected with Jeremy and through Heather we got to talking about the drink. I was really clamoring to try some because it is filled with great vitamins and it has the same caffeine as a cup of coffee and less sugar than other energy drinks.
Well, I got my chance to try it when I won a case. I drank it for a few weeks and all the while I monitored my blood sugar. I’m a type II diabetic and sugar and I are not the best of friends.
