Tonight Allison and I did our first Barefoot Books event outside of our home. We did a combination sales night/fundraiser for the early Learning Center. This is a local school that we were considering sending Eva to but changed to a different school (good thing too because we are moving and she wouldn’t have been able to go anyway). Our friend Adrienne connected us with the school and we got in as the book seller for their parent’s night event. Allison set up a big board with wishlists of the teachers so that parents could buy books for the teacher’s classrooms. Parents could pull off a star and bring it to Allison and she’d process the book. We also straight up sold books at the event and a portion of the proceeds went to the school’s PTO. I started this month off with a new oral health regimen. I added Crest Pro-Health Invigorating Clean Multi-Protection Rinse to the mix as part of a sponsored test drive. I was sent a bottle of the rinse to test out and see what changes, if any, occur in my oral health.
I started off great. I brushed with my Sonicare tooth brush and then flossed with some Crest Glide Floss (sample from my dentist) and then would rinse with the Crest Pro-Health Invigorating Clean Multi-Protection Rinse. I did that morning and night (flossing only at night) until the floss ran out. I know we have more around but I haven’t gone searching. I’m not the best flosser. I dislike flossing, which many people do or at least I assume so because the flossing speech gets whipped out on me each time I go and get my teeth checked out.
