Happy Birthday, Memere 2014

We gathered at my parent’s house tonight to celebrate my Mom’s birthday. All of the kids were there along with the three grandkids. Trying to get the grandkids to pose for a photo with Memere was not easy. Didn’t help that Andrew kept grabbing Dylan’s head.

We had a nice meal of Chinese Food from House of Fortune along with some tasty cupcakes that Tara, Shelby and Eva made.

Shot with the Samsung NX300 and the 30mm lens. The kids are out of focus but I really liked the expression on my Mom’s face in this photo. So happy to have her little grandkids around her.

Andrew has discovered a few things this week. He’s discovered his sister’s Viking Hat. He’s also discovered how to unlock the child safety locks on the entertainment center. One is cute and the other is just a big hassle.

It is a hassle because he takes out every DVD in the cabinet and more. I’m going to have to figure out something else to keep the DVDs safe from little hands.
