Andrew has been enjoying playing with his new Half-Shell toys. He is really enjoying them. Today we played with them for a while and even incorporated our Rescue Bots toys and some Imaginext toys. I’m excited that Andrew is becoming interested in playing with action figures and really playing with them. He’s learning character names and having a great time making some characters good guys and bad guys. He was even playing with vehicles and the playset, having so much fun. I was also having a great time with Andrew. He’s starting to come into his own and I’m glad that involves enjoying things that I also enjoy.
Ever since the new Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles show started on Nickelodeon I’ve been wondering where a couple of characters were. Those characters of course were Bebop and Rocksteady. These two were all over the 1987 series and were very popular characters. I thought that they would have shown up much, much sooner in the series which is now in its third season. But do not fear because these guys are getting an update in the new style and will be introduced this season in the show but also exclusively as toys at Walmart later in November.
