I was walking around Toy Fair back in February after trekking through super frigid temperatures. The last thing I wanted to think about was swimming. I came around a corner and the booth for Frogglez caught my eye. I stopped and talked with Joni for a while and learned all about them. We talked about me doing a review and so I was sent a pair for Andrew to try out. Opinions of these kids goggles are 100% my own.
I’ve been taking Andrew to swimming lessons for the past few sessions. He’s done so well and improved so much during that time. The last couple of classes I didn’t see any of the kids wearing goggles so I figured it wasn’t allowed. In his current class all the kids are wearing goggles so I figured it was the perfect time for Andrew to try out his Frogglez for the first time. He loved them. The World of LEGO Dimensions is getting a whole heck of a lot bigger. Today it was announced that The Simpsons, Doctor Who, Ghostbusters, Portal, Jurassic World, Midway Arcade, LEGO Chima and Scooby-Doo! are coming to LEGO Dimensions! Holy crap that is a ton more characters, vehicles and gadgets that will be added to the game. I have a bunch of fun screenshots and some product images for the game that were also released today and a video showing how each vehicle and gadget can be rebuilt 3 times. First, the video.
That is really cool. The batmobile becomes three things. I also have some examples of how other vehicles become three things, like the Cyborg Cyber-Guard and the Time MAchine form Back to the Future. Check these out.
