It is sick season and if it hasn’t hit you yet then it most likely will soon. Whenever the seasons change and the weather goes wonky then sick rears its ugly stuffed up head. We’ve recently experienced hot days and 3-4 inches of snow in the span of a week. Allison works with kids and both Andrew and Eva are in school so they are exposed to germs all the time. Me, I’m a hermit and don’t like being around people, but I usually get the brunt of the sickness. While no one has gotten sick, save for an upset stomach and vomiting unexpectedly on Monday morning at 1:00am, this year we are ready to fight those colds. Having these on hand will help fight against the “ick’s” and “ew’s” that bring your kids down.

New M&M’s Flavors Challenge

I went to CVS today and saw that there were brand new M&M’s flavors out and that M&M’s is having a voting contest for the best new flavor. The new flavors, as you can see from the photo, are Chili Net, Coffee Nut and Honey Nut. These are pretty tasty new flavors and I decided to have some fun with the family tonight. I put some of each in a ramekin and had all of us try each one. The flavor that was enjoyed the most was the Coffee Nut. But you can see in the video how it broke down.
