This month’s Loot Crate theme is Power. The crate came with items from Marvel, Warcraft, and Dragon Ball Z. While there were only a few items they were decent sized. The Hulk statue is awesome and the Infinity Gauntlet Oven Mitt is a riot. The magazine this month laid things out in a whole different way and I was impressed. Articles went along with the items really well.
When there is an oven mitt as an item in the Loot Crate then you need a recipe. There is a Thanos’ Death by Chocolate muffins. With the Hulk figurine there is a history of the Hulk and also some explanation of Dragonball Z. The Warcraft shirt is pretty nice. I’ll have to wear that when trying the Warcraft themed Mike & Ike’s soon. Check out everything in this month’s crate.
My in-laws have returned to Florida and I am back in my office. I’ve got a few things to catch up on but will get them posted as soon as I can. I also picked up something for myself, The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess HD for the Wii U. I had a gift card from Best Buy from opening a Samsung Pay account with my new Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge phone. There were many gift cards to choose from but this one was the one I wanted. I picked this game because, even though it was one of my very first Wii games I wanted to play it all the way through in HD and have the Wolf Link amiibo. Having the game amiibo enabled is going to add something to the game. Apparently not only does the Wolf Link figure work but the Link, Zelda, Toon Link and Sheik figures work in the game.
I also picked up a few other things like a Skylanders Battlecast Ultimate Starter Pack which came with two starter packs, 9 booster packs and a case for holding the cards. I opened them up and got a whole bunch of great ones. More in the video below.
