Allison and the kids were busy today. They got ready for a Memorial Day cook out tomorrow. They made cupcakes. Actually, the kids made the cupcakes. Allison took them out of the stove. The kids mixed and baked and decorated the cupcakes. They made 90 of them and went through 1 and 1/2 bottles of sprinkles. They were quite proud of themselves. They should be, they dd a great job.
I went to take photos of my cupcake and Andrew jumped in and wanted me to take a few of him unwrrapping his cupcake. He was so silly.
When I was at Disney Social Media Moms Celebration I got to see a lot of footage from the upcoming Christopher Robin movie. It looks like it is going to be an adorable movie and one that dads should take their kids to see. Often times it is hard for dads to reach back to their childhood and really embrace the wonder especially with all the pressures of adulthood.
In the heartwarming live action adventure, the young boy who embarked on countless adventures in the Hundred Acre Wood with his band of spirited and lovable stuffed animals, has grown up and lost his way. Now it is up to his childhood friends to venture into our world and help Christopher Robin remember the loving and playful boy who is still inside.
