This past year Hot Wheels turned 50 and had a big tour around the country finding people who had made their cars into Hot Wheels cars. The U.S. Postal Service honored the 50th anniversary with a set of Hot Wheels Stamps. I had not seen them until yesterday. While as out running errands and picking up stamps I saw these and had to get them. I collect all sorts of Hot Wheels, mostly character themed ones but I do collect a lot. I will pick up a car if I think it looks cool. I will find whole sets because I like what they are about. And I love Hot Wheels tracks and playing with them, making them these epic racers to put all over the place and watch the cars do some incredible stunts.
I am very excited for the release of Captain Marvel. I’m excited because I can’t wait to share the movie with Eva. She has become a big fan of the Marvel Cinematic Universe. She’s also increased so much of her knowledge of Marvel comics and she has been reading them on Marvel Unlimited. She’s become a big an of X-Men and is going to be so excited to see that they are now returning to Marvel and I hope they will soon be part of the MCU. That would be phenomenal. But more phenomenal than that is the Captain Marvel movie to be released. And today tickets to Marvel Studios’ CAPTAIN MARVEL are on sale now everywhere tickets are sold!
