Today we celebrated Cinco De Mayo. This is one of two days a year that I have an alcoholic drink. We did margaritas with our taco dinner. Andy had a glass of the sour mix to pretend that he also had a drink. I think he liked it more because we rimmed the glass with salt for him, too.

While we did not have any dessert plans we did have some of the Opopop Cinnalicious popcorn. It had a great cinnamon flavor very much like a Churro. It worked really well as a dessert themed for the day.
