Photo-A-Day #4131

A full day on the Cape today. Eva and I took a walk this morning. She was missing me big time when I was away for the past week. So she wanted some daddy/daughter time. So we walked up the beach and down to the harbor. I told her all about some of the places I had worked when I was a kid and places that Grandfather built or worked on.

I then went to the supermarket and picked up some things for dinner. I also got some take and break chocolate chip cookies to make for later because today was National Chocolate Chip Cookie day. I do like to celebrate those national days.

We spent some time at the beach. Andrew and Eva are getting better and better at their swimming. We also played with the mini reactorz football. You probably shouldn’t bring those into the water but that one didn’t light up as well as the others so I wasn’t too worried about ruining it with the water. We played that for a good long while and then it was time to get home and get ready for dinner.

We had a nice dinner with the family and then chocolate chip cookies and ice cream for dessert. It was a good day.
