Photo-A-Day #2278

After a weekend of work heading down the Cape to watch fireworks on the beach was a welcome change. This was our first trip down to the Cape all summer. With my new job and buying the new house it has been harder and harder to get to the Cape so I was glad to finally get there.

We started with the traditional neighborhood parade and then we got to spend some time at the beach, Eva and I went swimming many times over. After the sun and the fun we came home for a cook out with the family and Dad got to break in his new grill.

Dinner was nice and then it was time for fireworks. This year Eva did much better with the loud fireworks than she had in past years. Next year we’ll get her some ear protection so she can enjoy it more.
