I have been feeling horrible today. I went to Krav to earn my second stripe on my white belt and I was sucking so much wind at that. I also have a bad cough and felt my chest rattling a bit. I got nervous because there are a few people at work who have had pneumonia. I don’t think that I have it but I want to rule it out. In the meantime I have gotten myself a super huge bowl of Tom Yum Soup at the local Thai place. I’m hoping that the spice helps me out.
