Green Thumb Sunday
The Tiger Lilies are now blooming at the house. Can you believe it? I actually know the name of a flower.
You might not have noticed the banner at the top of the page. That is for my August contest. I am giving away a Flickr or Zooomr Pro account (winner’s choice). I encourage you to step up to the challenge as it will be a fun contest. And it can help to drive readers to your blogs as well.
As Always all comments will receive replies as well as return visits. I appreciate everyone who stops here each Sunday. You guys are awesome.
Flowers are pretty
Stephen, Do you eat those as well as the hats?
Ben – What a coincidence. We’ve got Tiger Lilies growing in our yard and a vase full of Star Gazers on our dining room table. Great photo. Thanks.
Hi Morgan,
I do enjoy the Tiger Lilies around the house they look really nice. I am seeing them blooming everywhere.
I love the angle of your photo. It is a great look at a tiger lily. I hope that my newly planted tiger lilies turn out as well.
What an unsual perspective of a Tiger Lilly. Just lovely.
Ayana
Hi Blues Butterfly,
I figured I’d change it up a bit with the angle as all the tiger lilies in our yard are handing up side down. Good luck with your Tiger Lily.
Hi Ayana,
Glad you liked the photo of the tiger lily, thanks for visiting and commenting. I’m off to see your blog.
Lovely photo! Great detail!
Thanks Jean, I appreciate it.
Oh, I’m drooling. Fabulous photo! I was given one of these last summer and it didn’t return this year. 🙁

Thanks Kylee, sorry to hear that yours did not come back this year. That is a bummer.
Thanks Chris and & Laurie, I love taking photos of the tiger lilies for those reasons.
That is lovely. It looks like a nicely wrapped bow.
Yeah now that you mention it, that does look like a bow. I didn’t see it that way till now.
