It has been really warm lately but with the weekend here we were able to cook out on the grill and eat outside. It was actually more comfortable than being inside. Allison picked up two great steaks and I grilled them up and finished them with a pat of butter each. That really makes it something special. Maybe at some point I’ll learn how to make some compound butters for our steaks.
