The Pioneer Woman blog is a pretty amazing one. Ree has created something really amazing. Her photos are incredible and many times they are of the animals on the ranch. I don’t have any animals except for Oliver and Duncan and an occasional trip to the zoo. However I do have a herd of roaming ponies.
Of course, I enjoy playing with the ponies because it means I am spending time with Eva. I play princesses with her as well. I can rattle off all the names of them too. The main thing that she wants them all to do is DANCE. “Make the pony dance Dadda!” She squeals with excitement.
When I find something that Eva enjoys I latch on to it and continue to cultivate that. If I find something that makes her giggle all the better. The other day I told her that we were going to see her Great-Uncle Jim. She started saying “Gunkle Jim!” and then laughing hysterically. She thought it was the silliest word ever and so we played that out for a while. Her laughter is such a wonderful thing. I want to bottle it and save it for those days when I have none.
In other news the launch for Beyond Blogging (aff link) was amazing. Nathan and Mike put together a fantastic new blogging book and workbook. I want to know if you bought it from me and if you like it. What is the best thing you learned from it. Was it helpful, was it useful. If you haven’t bought it yet you really should if you want to take your blog to the next level. Did you buy it and do you want to sell it on your blog too? Sign up with the 2nd Tier Affiliates Link.
I love that you play ponies and princesses! That’s the awesomest 🙂

Loretta,
I really enjoy playing with her. Tea parties, face painting, dolls and ponies it is all good. I also got her some Hot Wheels for balance. 🙂 Also I can’t wait till she is old enough for LEGO. I have a ton of them in the wings waiting for her.
My wife is addicted to Pioneer Woman. I wouldn’t mind living on a big old ranch myself and I would bet that I could come up with ample stories worth blogging about. Someone buy me a ranch, will ya?
Patrick,
A big old ranch where I didn’t have to work would be great and where I could cook and take photos, that would be fantastic. I’d also like to photograph on an island and underwater.
I had a laugh at your title. Duh-woman? LOL, gave me a chuckle. I don’t think any of us can measure up to the Pioneer Woman. Ree is amazing, but I love your Daddy blogging and Eva is just too cute!

Deborah,
Thank you. I think Ree has an amazing blog and fantastic photos. I want to get my photos to that level. Maybe Eva will when we start learning together.
