It was National Ice Cream Sandwich day today. I really wanted to go to Camo Creamery before work and get one of their ice cream sandwiches with the homemade chocolate chip cookies. However. I ran out of time and was unable to do so.

Instead I stopped at Stop & Shop and grabbed a couple of boxes of them to share with everyone at work. This is also two weeks after I told one of my co-workers “I’m not buying you guys anymore ice cream”. I remember that because that night I had been able to go to Camo Creamery and get one of their Taco Sundaes for National Ice Cream Day.
