Tonight, Allison, Eva and I went to a cookout at her (Allison’s) former employer’s home. She had a brand new rec room and this wonderful glass top round table with padded stools that fit underneath when not in use. Why pulled them out and Eva had fun playing under the table and looking up at everything that was on top of the table. She (Allison’s former employer) has a new cat, she is 1 year old. The cat’s name is Peaches and she is very sweet. Eva kept trying to introduce herself to Peaches.
Today Allison helped me roll all of the spare change that had been accumulating in the house. I went to the Credit Union and picked up coin wrappers and then when everything was rolled I brought it back down and deposited it. That money with the money that was already in the account has put us one step closer to having a fully funded 1st step E-Fund for our The Total Money Makeover.
Tonight as I was answering e-mails and comments here on the blog I saw that I was contacted by The Theodore Presser Company regarding my post about visiting the Charles Schulz Museum in Santa Rosa California. The Theodore Presser Company represents Ellen Taaffe Zwilich and they really liked what I had posted about her piece titled Peanuts Gallery. They even quoted me on their site and linked to my blog post.
Awwww, how cute! Eva is definitely growing up to be a cat person! 🙂
Christine’s last blog post..The air that I breathe
How adorable that Eva is learning the love of animals at a young age! Congrats on your post being mentioned. That’s fantastic news!
Connie’s last blog post..Bathroom Remodel
Christine,
Yep, cat person is in her blood. And dog person too.
Connie,
Yes, we want to make sure that she is gentle and kind to animals. She has been very good with our cats so far.
There is nothing cuter than a baby in a dress with her little bare feet peeking out! I love how she’s trying so carefully to pet the kitty. What a little sweetie!
Elizabeth’s last blog post..A Letter for my Readers
Elizabeth,
Eva and Peaches were nose to nose but I didn’t have the camera out at that time. Oh well. They did look very very cute though.
