My first Photo-Hunt Entry. This is a rare Bell and Howell Filmo Double Run Eight, and if I can get film for it, the thing works. This is Rare because it is not like you can find this in any local camera shop.

Wow, what a great find! I can’t believe it still works, LOL.
Happy Photo Hunting. 🙂
Wow! What a great piece of history! How large is it and is there hope of finding the right film? Welcome to the hunt by the way!
Still works need to get some film and try it out. Thanks for Stopping by.
It is fairly small. Just slightly larger than my other video camera. I don’t know if I can find film for it but I hope so. Thanks for stopping by and the welcome. I appreciate it.
Very cool, and very rare. I hope you will be able to find film for it. How cool would that be?
I have a box of old film too, not sure if any of it is usable or if it has been used. this may require further investigation.
..and you were calling my photo for cool – in that case this one is ultra cool 🙂
I love old things, especially if you still can use it!
Thank LC. I appreciate you visiting my blog.
This is a really great photo for this week’s theme. I love old things and have a lot of old cameras that I pick up at thrift stores and the like. I just think they look interesting mostly. I might try tinkering around with the idea of actually finding film for them one of these days. I don’t have any “movie” cameras, though. Just still.
Thanks for coming by and visiting my blog! Welcome to the hunt and congratulations on the baby news! If you want a really well-educated child, before you pack your little bundle of joy off to college, homeschool! 😉 I had to say that as a homeschooling mom!
Firefly, thanks for the comment. Not sure if homeschooling is in the cards for us but thanks for the suggestion.
I think I have to get started looking for more information on this rare find. It has stirred up many comments. Thanks.
