I was sent three BFAST Breakfast Shakes to drink and review. Opinions are 100% my own.

I had actually heard about BFAST before I was sent these Breakfast Shakes to enjoy. I got one in a recent Loot Crate and I brought it with me to work. I put it into the fridge on a Sunday and forgot to take it out before the fridge was cleaned. So, I never got to try BFAST before this review.

I received three shakes to try, one of each flavor: Chocolate, Strawberry and Vanilla. My favorite flavor was chocolate then vanilla and then strawberry. Each was tasty but the chocolate was delicious.

I found that the shakes were great for post workouts and those early morning wake ups with my son. They were easy because I could still enjoy them while having one hand free to wrap around that little munchkin while we watched Team Umi Zoomi for the 400th time. It is a great on the go alternative and it has 8g of protien, 3g of fiber and whole grains including quinoa. Pretty inexpensive, too at $1.79 an 8oz container or $4.49 for a 3 pack.
