I am a simple guy when it comes to hair care. I’m simple because I have very little of it and I’m pretty sure that the rest is not long for this world. I’m simple also because I’ve always used a 2 in 1 for my hair and up until a couple of years ago I just used bar soap to clean myself in the shower. Then I started going to work out in the morning at work and I started taking a body wash and a 2 in 1 shampoo and conditioner. While it was still fairly simple if I could get things down to one bottle than all the better.

Enter VO5 Men’s 3-in-One Shampoo, Conditioner and Body Wash. This new product combines those three most important parts of the shower cleansing experience into one. And as you can see, I am not contributing much to the overall clutter in the shower.

Do I like it? I received two different bottles, one of the Ocean surge as you can see in the photo and one of the Fresh Energy (not pictured but it is green). They both performed well, I felt clean after using them. The Fresh Energy has more of an overpowering scent than the Ocean Surge. I am more of a fan of the Ocean Surge and my family likes that one much better as well. I’ll certainly pick up a bottle again especially when the suggested retail is $0.99 for 12.5 fluid ounces.
