I work a crazy 12-hour overnight shift and occasionally I don’t get enough sleep prior to the shift. Flipping your body’s whole sleep cycle each week isn’t always smooth. So, occasionally I need a little something extra to keep me awake and alert for the entire shift. I was asked to if I would like to create my own yummy drink using 5-hour ENERGY®.
