Tonight we decided to make some D’Angelo’s style BLTs at home. This was a fun meal because we were able to make each sandwich according to our specific tastes. I like everything on mine. So does Allison, mine the cheese. Eva and Andy like theirs with no tomatoes. We got these really nice tomatoes, too. They were great on the sandwiches.

Some days you just want a great BLT. At least, some days I do. The best place around is KC’s Classic Burger Bar. I had finished up at my Krav Maga class and went to run errands in downtown North Attleboro. I was close to KC’s and it was nearing lunch time so I went over and waited a few minutes til they opened. I was not disappointed. The BLT is on thick cut Texas toast with pickles, cheese and plenty of delicious bacon. They have homemade potato chips and a tasty sauce called Hot Rod sauce that I always ask for.

The BLT is my all time favorite sandwich and KC’s makes the best around.
