Chubb’s Blue Pig BBQ is a place that really gets Facebook promotion. They send out their daily specials each day that they are open. I saw that they were having their bacon burger and this isn’t just any burger. This is their brisket burger with pastrami bacon. It was an awesom burger and they have a new sauce called Jammin Java Peanut Butter BBQ Sauce. I took a little and tried it on the chips. It was great with the chips, the crispy and salty were a great pairing. I then thought I’d try it on the peanut butter chocolate chip cookies. Not what I thought it would be. But good. MAybe if they were salted cookies then maybe it would have paired better. When they start selling the sauce I will get some for my own BBQ and have to take a bottle up to Snappy Dogs to try them on a Great Dane.
