Andrew is our house character switcher. He enjoys playing Disney Infinity 3.0 but when we are all home to play he likes switching our characters. He doesn’t let you get too attached to anyone either. He is switching them over and over. I was leaving for work tonight and he was getting the entire collection out of the box. He doesn’t quite get the concept of the Play Sets where only certain characters can be used. I try to play the new Rise Against the Empire and he keeps trying to put in Randal from Monsters Inc. Randal is his favorite character. I am not sure why, but he is.
I received a package from Disney Interactive that had all of the figures that were released today for Disney Infinity 3.0. Opinions as always, are 100% my own. These were new Star Wars figures, power discs and the Rise Against the Empire PlaySet. As you can see by my photo above we have Luke and Leia, Han, Chewy and Vader. There are also some power discs that get you a couple of special vehicles and some costume changes for Luke and Leia. I played with Vader, Han and Chewy because I could do so through the boxes. I did that because I had not yet been able to make an unboxing video. I wanted to see how each character played in the game and I was impressed. I leveled up each character a bit but didn’t actually give them any new powers. I figure I’d do a little something with that in future gameplay videos. I played for a good couple of hours through the Rise Against the Empire Playset and did every mission on Tatooine that could be done except for leaving Tatooine. I was able to get Han Solo to Level 15 and level up many other characters. I will have to then upgrade their skill trees at a later date when I can record it.
