Andrew’s First Masterpiece

This is pretty much the first piece of art that Andrew has made. Sure he’s taken crayons and scribbled here and there but today Allison had the kids play with some paints. Andrew used the paints with his fingers and brushes on a giant piece of paper. This photo is of a very small bit of that paper. I love that the kids enjoy coloring and playing with crayons and markers and paints. Eva has been making all sorts of pictures on the very giant paper. I’ve got to start taking photos of them because there is no way we can store all that paper.

I Performed a Wedding Vow Renewal Ceremony

Tonight I was an officiant of my cousin Carissa’s wedding vow renewal ceremony to her husband Sam. They were married in California back in April but wanted a ceremony here for the East Coast family. And they asked me to be the officiant of the ceremony. It was a very nice honor to be asked and I hope that I performed adequately.

More than five people asked if I was a JP and when they found out that I was not and it was my first time as an Officiant I was told that I should be a JP, so I guess I did okay. Continue reading I Performed a Wedding Vow Renewal Ceremony
