Last night I took the family over to LongHorn Steakhouse for dinner as part of this review. I love steak, my wife and kids do as well so this was a perfect fit for us. When I learned about this opportunity I decided to go for it despite having had not so stellar experiences at LongHorn in the past. I watch those mouthwatering commercials and get all fired up to go and then remember my last visit. Would the experience I had last night change things for the better? Keep reading to find out…

Father’s Day on the Spirit of Boston

Today Allison, Eva, Andrew and I went into Boston to take the Father’s Day lunch cruise on the Spirit of Boston. I was approached by The Spirit of Boston to go on the cruise as well as do a giveaway on the blog. I knew that I had last night off because of Eva’s Recital and so I would have time in the morning to go and do something like this. So I said yes and the family go ready to go. I was excited because we haven’t been on a boat as a family before. I also knew that we’d have fun because there were many activities for kids on the cruise.
