Andy was home sick from school today and I was catching up on sleep from the weekend. So, I was asleep when the went and made his own lunch. He made a grilled cheese with pepperoni all on his own. He’s looking much older lately. And he’s acting much more mature.
I’m still working through the after-effects for COVID. I have this lingering difficulty exerting myself very much. I am also always having the need to cough.

The kids were home today because there was a professional day for Allison. she was off at Bishop Stang for the day. I decided that because it was a Friday in Lent I should go ahead and make special grilled cheese for the kids. I can’t just make it with one slice of cheese or even one type of cheese. I made them with double American plus some shredded cheese as well. I threw some Asiago, Romano and Parmesan cheeses on mine as well. I figured that the kids wouldn’t be as interested in that combination. They did love the ones I made, though.
