November Loot Crate: BATTLE!

Photo-A-Day #3517

Another fun Loot Crate has arrived on my doorstep. This time around the theme is Battle and inside there are items representing fun lines and their battles. You can see a bunch of things in the image above and I have shot a few of the items in close up so you can see them clearer. The only thing I didn’t get a very good shot of was the HALO guy from MEGA Bloks. He was a brown metallic figure and very cool. Click the “Read More” Button to see the rest of the items. That is, after you watch the video.

MEGA Man Replica Helmet

The Mega Man Replica Helmet is a pretty nice display item for fans of the Mega Man franchise. I still remember playing the very first Mega Man game on my Nintendo NES.

Pirate Vs Ninja T-Shirt

Another great shirt from Loot Crate. I love the half Pirate vs the Half Ninja. You can show your support for either side by taking photos and stating #LootPirate or #LootNinja.

Loot Crate Battle Magazine

This month’s magazine cover is nice and the magazine cover is on heavier stock because the back page can be punched out to use with the Loot Crate box to play Mega Man vs Street Fighter.

Loot Crate Battle Box

The Loot Crate Box will double for a scene where you can pit Mega Man against Ryu from Street Fighter.

Mega Man vs. Street Fighter

Mega Man and Ryu figures that you can punch out of the Loot Crate Magazine.

I have been reviewing Loot Crates ever since they launched and I am really impressed with how much they have done in such a short time. Each new crate ramps up the awesome! Well, I am super excited to hear about this partnership between Nintendo and Loot Crate to offer subscriptions for Looters to get 10 different amiibo characters in a special subscription. I’ve been hearing a lot about these figures and how they will work with some upcoming games. I love that the technology for this is already built into the Wii U and Nintendo 3DS and there is nothing more to buy than the figures or the games because you use your existing equipment. It is so cool that this was already built into the hardware, talk about planning for the future.

“Featuring compatibility with Super Smash Bros. for Wii U, Mario Kart 8 and Hyrule Warriors this year, amiibo figures are shaping up to be one of the year’s must-have holiday items,” said Scott Moffitt, Nintendo of America’s executive vice president of Sales & Marketing. “Fans around the country already enjoy Loot Crate’s approach to delivering cool new items every month, and now they have a new and convenient way to get their hands on amiibo.”

“We are honored to be working with Nintendo – a company that our team loves and respects, and that many of us grew up with,” said Chris Davis, Loot Crate’s CEO. “The iconic Super Smash Bros. games have brought people together for years, and we’re excited to become a part of that story in a new way through our amiibo Subscription Service.” Continue reading Loot Crate and Nintendo amiibo Subscriptions coming!
