Stretch Armstrong and the Flex Fighters

If you are old enough then you may remember the toy Stretch Armstrong. This was a toy that you could stretch out over and over and he would snap back into shape. He looked like a bodybuilder, like an old time one. Well, the times have changed and Stretch is back, younger, stretchier and a superhero now with a team called The Flex Fighters. Soon, this team will be all over Netflix. I’m sure there are new toys on the way as this is a show produced by Hasbro Studios. I had heard that it was going to be a movie and I am very glad that it is going to be a cartoon. The voice cast is phenomenal and I am looking forward to checking out this series once it arrives. I may even get to see it sooner because of the Netflix #StreamTeam. Check out this very short teaser trailer.

15 Netflix Series That Can Wish Your Kids a Happy Birthday #StreamTeam

This past week I received a mystery gift box from Netflix. It was actually a nicely wrapped gift. Inside were the materials needed to make a special Netflix red velvet birthday cake. Birthday cake? Whatever for?

starting today Netflix will have a special section where 15 of your kid’s favorite series and characters. You can access it by going to Netflix.com/Birthdays and there those characters will sing Happy Birthday to the kids, this is similar to the Netflix Happy New Years Countdowns.

Allison and the kids used the ingredients, tools and materials inside of the box to make a Netflix themed birthday cake. We actually celebrated my father-in-law’s birthday with this cake. I hope that he didn’t mind Garby taking a big bite out of the cake first.
