Allison made this special pasta salad for the ABD picnic. It was fantastic. We’ve been enjoying Mexican street corn recipes lately with the Mexican Street Corn dip that they have at Markey Basket and also Stop & Shop. Market Basket’s is better. We’re going to look into making our own street corn dip, too.

Every once in a while I see a recipe on Facebook that I really want to try. So I send it to Allison and she makes it. She does a great job with these. The recipe I found was for Veggie-Stuffed Steak Rolls and despite them being listed as an appetizer she made them for dinner in the cast iron skillet. They were delicious and a good way to sneak some veggies into dinner for the kids. I think that we will have this again in the future, it was a big hit.
