Circuit Maze
Photo-A-Day #4129

This is a long overdue review of Circuit Maze from ThinkFun. They sent me this toy months ago before it hit shelves. Why it has taken so long is beyond me. so I am finally getting this review out there to you. The product was sent to me for free and the opinions are 100% my own.

Circuit Maze is another great logic game from ThinkFun. This time around the main objective of the puzzle is to light up some LED beacons. There are 60 different challenges that run from beginner to expert. It is fun 1 player game for ages 8 and up and it was challenging to me. I show you more about the game in the video below. After that is the official description of the game from the ThinkFun website. The game is $29.99 and available now.

Review: ANT-MAN 3D Blu-ray Combo Pack

ANT-MAN

ANT-MAN is now available everywhere. I have him in the smallest version possible, digital. I received a copy of the 3D Blu-ray Combo pack to review. I saw ANT-MAN in the theater a couple of times and it was really funny. It is the funniest of all the marvel movies so far. Even though I though Guardians was really funny, ANT-MAN was the funniest. Now I have the movie in my own home and available anywhere through Disney Movies Anywhere. I’ve been able to watch the movie as well as all the extras. My favorite extra is the whole featurette, Let’s Go To The Macroverse. It talks about how the movie was made with regards to the filming the small world around ANT-MAN. Tons of macro photography was done to capture the textures and details of that small level.

Paul Rudd is Ant-Man

The Movie itself is great fun. At its core it is a heist movie. Scott Lang is a Robin Hood like thief that was caught and sent to jail. He’s out and trying to change his ways so that he can be a better father to his daughter, Cassie. However, it is tough for an ex-con and he soon finds himself falling back into the life of a thief. He is helped by some friends and eventually meets Hank Pym who is the original ANT-MAN. Not a spoiler since anyone who is anyone should know one of the original founders of The Avengers. Hank enlists Scott into a scheme to break into his former company to steal something and this is where it gets really fun and interesting.

Hank’s daughter, Hope, helps train Scott to become the new ANT-MAN. So with this movie you get heists, training montages and some very funny moments, especially with a Thomas the Tank Engine. Check out the press release below for more. Continue reading Review: ANT-MAN 3D Blu-ray Combo Pack
