Today Allison, Eva, Andrew and I went into Boston to take the Father’s Day lunch cruise on the Spirit of Boston. I was approached by The Spirit of Boston to go on the cruise as well as do a giveaway on the blog. I knew that I had last night off because of Eva’s Recital and so I would have time in the morning to go and do something like this. So I said yes and the family go ready to go. I was excited because we haven’t been on a boat as a family before. I also knew that we’d have fun because there were many activities for kids on the cruise. Review: The Littlest Angel
The other night we watched The Littlest Angel as a family. This was an adorable little story about a Little Angel who ends up in Heaven a little too soon. He is homesick for the life he had before and wants to return to Earth to get a box of treasures that he had hidden in his home. The poor little guy is just so homesick that he keeps messing up in Angel academy and ends up on the wrong side of his teacher Angel Alvin.
The movie was cute and based on the beloved classic of the fifteenth best-selling children’s book of all time. The story is a very cute one and teaches a valuable lesson. Eva enjoyed it very much. We enjoyed it as a family movie and will watch it again for the holidays. I love sharing cute movies with good messages with Eva. She’s such a sensitive little soul and I want to show her movies that she can both enjoy and learn something from. I don’t want to give anything away about the story because I loved it and had never heard it before so the ending was touching.
