Today I got up early and drove out to Nobska Lighthouse. I wanted to make a timelapse of the sunrise there. However, when I got there it wasn’t the best place to make this video. Everything was obstructed. I got a little timelapse made but not what I pictured in my mind.
Then I drove to the Falmouth Harbor and made a 360 of the entrance to the harbor. I think that one came out better. Later on I took Eva to Science School and made one last timelapse of the inlet harbor along the Shining Sea Bike Path. They are all below.
I’ve stated it before but it often bears repeating, at least for my own piece of mind, that sunrises are a benefit to working this overnight shift. There are few benefits for working overnight but the sunrises are pretty decent. I know that today’s image was pretty blurry but it is more about the colors than anything. When I got a more clear photo the colors weren’t as accurate.
Another great thing is Daylight Savings Time. While the rest of the world complains about having lost an hour of sleep I am grateful for having one less hour of work and last night I had to run the switchboard. I hate the switchboard, it is the worst. But I was on from 1am to 3am. So, with the time change I only had to be on the phone for an hour. It was great!
Tomorrow I have a fun giveaway happening. Me and my friend Andrew of Mommy’s Busy are giving away some Captain America: Civil War Nesting Dolls from PPW Toys. The contest goes live tomorrow morning. I show you the Team Iron Man Nesting Dolls that I have for review. Andrew of course has Team Captain America. I’m going to try and make a quick little Stop Motion video using the Stikbot Studio Pro set. This has a Green Screen for making Stikbot videos. But I can use it for more stop motion stuff. You can see it in my very hastily put together vlog today.
