Last Day of the Mini Berkshires Vacation

Our last day at the Jiminy Peak Mountain Resort was a leisurely one. Allison and Andrew slept late. Andrew was up half the night and ended up sleeping in our bed thus creating an “H” formation. Luckily it was a king-sized bed. Eva got up at 6:30 and came in and woke me so that I could watch TV with her. I was pretty exhausted so I went out and ended up turning the TV on for her and falling back asleep in the pull-out couch.

When we all woke up and got moving I made a run to the country store to get egg sandwiches, bagels and muffins for our breakfast. The country store there doubles as the post office for the town of Hancock. It has a nice feel to it and the prices for breakfast aren’t too insane, either. Cousin Paige’s Wedding

Tonight we celebrated the wedding of my cousin Paige to her fiance Nick. I was asked to be the photographer for the event. I had done my cousin Erin’s wedding three years ago. I can’t believe it was so long ago already and I occasionally shoot photos at other weddings as well. But for both Erin and Paige’s weddings I was the photographer for the event. It is a lot of pressure to capture a special day for someone but, hopefully I looked like I took it in stride.
