Thanks to Entrecard, blogging just got a whole lot better!

Entrecard has just announced a partnership with SezWho. This is great news for peopel who enjoy getting comments on their blog. I have always encouraged comments on each of my blogs and therefore I have added SezWho to all four of my blogs. What is great about the service is that it tracks all of your comments across the internet and you can rate the comments that are left by others. I haven’t gotten a chance to completely delve into the inner working of the service but so far it was easy to install and easy to use. It was also easy to link all 4 of my blogs to my Entrecard account and SezWho. Sweet.

    I think the partnership makes so much sense, many people have been looking for a way to encourage people to stick around and comment, if it is a little bribery well, that works too. Thanks for dropping by to comment.

  9. This sounds very interesting, and promising. I’m just having a little trouble figuring out how I’m supposed to use it with my blog (Blogger). I can’t figure out where I’m supposed to get the code to put on my blog. I keep ending up on the page where they want me to register. Help!

    Maybe tomorrow when I’m not tired it will make sense.

  11. I’m really curious to see how this will play out. I installed it on my blogs and I’m anxious to see if it helps. I know I didn’t comment as often as I could have, maybe this will inspire me more. I guess we’ll see.

    I registered all four blogs yesterday. I started with Read To Me, Dad and then linked up BenSpark.com and then the blogger ones. There are some very good step by step instructions on how to add the code (they will e-mail it to you) to your blog. Basically you put the code in a HTML/Javascript widget. I’m not as thrilled with the blogger aspect of the software as I am with the WordPress integration. Just means I have yet another reason to move All of my blogs to WordPress.

    That is odd, I was set up within minutes. I wonder why it is taking a long time to crawl your site. I just popped over to look and it looks like you have things well in hand now. BTW how do you have the comments on the same page as the post. I thought that was a new option in blogger but I don’t seem to have it for my blogger blogs.

    I’ve always done a little commenting here and there and I really like to encourage people to comment on this blog because I comment respond right back. I hope that this partnership does play out well for bloggers and Entrecard and SezWho.

    There is a big power with Entrecard and with all the talk about SezWho and Entrecard’s partnership yesterday, well it is certainly making a huge impact on the blogging world.

  20. I am hoping this works well, I am not sure how it all works but I will figure it out.
    I use firefox on my computer but the main computer and other people use IE. I dont know what happened I guess code just woke up one day and went bad.

    I think that if we make a commitment to make comments and visit and drop entrecard then we will increase the exposure of our blogs and help each other out. It is a win-win. Thanks for commenting.

    I have no idea what happened to IE. But there must have been some little thing that it didn’t like. Again I don’t bother with IE at all, maybe I should.

  25. I’m pretty excited about this. I like the way Entrecard has only been going for a little while and is always offering something new. This time, methinks, something that could be quite big.

    I’ve installed SezWho on both my blogs. Now I need to sort out the icons, so I don’t remain faceless.

    I already had an image for some reason. SezWho must have picked it up from one of my identities. So far I think this has been a great partnership and I think it can only get stronger.
