I found an excellent website tonight because I traveled one of America’s byways. The website is called America’s Byways®: National Scenic Byways Online This is a comprehensive online resource for traveling along all the scenic byways of America. Last week I was in Louisiana and drove on the Creole Nature Trail I found a great website for the trail itself and I blogged about the ride on The BenSpark.
Since this is an outdoor blog that I am creating I figured that this was the best place to introduce the readers to America’s Byways®: National Scenic Byways Online.
If you would like to see the images I took on my trip through the Columbia River Scenic Highway.
Very cool site! Thanks for the link 🙂
That is a great read. I am amazed at how many great places there are in America that are never seen by so many people. I realize that there is a great deal to love in the world and I hope to give that to my kids someday. Where are you next locations you are looking to go?
Thanks for this post. I am always looking for random ways to get to different destinations. Some freeways have good scenery but a lot of backroads can get you there without too much extra delay and tons of different stuff to see. I am a fan of taking the road less traveled.
Thanks Again,
David
