There were letter punch tools at Play Group today. I decided to hang back a bit and observe Andrew interacting with the other kids rather than hovering over him as I tend to do. I took a strip of paper and made this punch out of his (and my) name. Visually it looked pretty cool. I liked how the photo came out.
There is something so beautiful about a little boy wanting to make his mommy happy. Andrew spent a few hours today with my mom and they went for a walk and found these discarded flowers. Andrew wanted to keep them to bring them to Allison. He was so proud and happy. He held onto them all through the car ride home and then looked for a special vase for them to display for Allison. He also wanted to sit on the porch swing and so I took the opportunity to take a few shots of him. This one shows his enthusiasm over his find.
