Green Thumb Sunday
This week it has rained a bit and I still have some flowers left from the ones that Mike gave us for our front steps. The rain beat them down pretty good but there are some that survived. Since I love macro and I love water drops these two made for nice photos for me. Enjoy, happy Sunday.
Those are gorgeous!!!
You’re right. Rain drops add so much to flower photos. Yours are wonderful.

Yes rain drops do improve the image. I think it gives it a natural look. Keep up the good work with the blog, i think its great.

Happy GTS!!
Hi Drew,
Nice macros, why though would they be plants for your front step, is this something to do with Eva?
Love the pictures with the rain drops they look really neat. Happy GTS!
Thanks Mo, they were a gift from Mike for Eva’s birth, they are such a nice fall decoration.
Aiyana,
And these were natural raindrops and not me faking it with a hose. I love how they look with drops on them.
I suppose it must be raining many places. Thanks for stopping by.
Thank you Mary for visiting. Glad you liked the photos.

Hi Barbara, thanks for commenting. Glad you enjoyed the photos.
Hi kml, Even with it being a fairly dreary day these flowers held out and looked very fall festive.
The plants were a gift from our friend Mike as a welcome home present for Eva to brighten our doorstep.
Thanks Chris and Laurie, I love when rain falls on the flowers, they are my favorite flowers to photograph.
These flowers are beaustiful and even more pretty with the raindrops on them.

Thanks Sara,
Raindrops always make flowers look pretty. I just love it when it is natural rain too.
